THK Chalkboard
Edythe loves the blackboard signs I create for the market each week. If I
could find a job writing with chalk, I'd do it. So much fun to be creative
in a temporary medium, each week, new art!
A Whoopie Pie is two small round cake mounds bound together with frosting. THK makes Buttermilk Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Buttercream frosting inside. The Whoopie Pie was created in the Pennsylvania Dutch community - and is still VERY popular in that area of the USA. It's a great way to use extra cake batter and frosting - to keep the kids happy! But they really are a pain to make...
